Dordrechts Museum June 11 2022 – January 8 2023 “Schilders van de Biesbosch” (Painters of The Biesbosch National Park) shows a collection of drawings and paintings of Dordrecht’s most beloved national park. The exhibition was organized following the publishing of the book with the same name by publisher WBooks. In this publication Wim van Wijk (Biesbosch expert and inhabitant) and Pieter Jorissen (specialist in Dordrecht art(ists) give a rich overview of the painters that have worked in the Biesbosch National Park. A selection of these are on display at the exhibition curated by Pieter Jorissen and Richard van der Dool.
